Therapy
Using a variety of techniques from cognitive behavioral, reality therapy, psychodynamic, and mindfulness frameworks, Dr. Segal will work with you to create a personalized tailored treatment plan together. For some, exploring the past is a necessary first step, whereas others want to stay in the here and now. The starting point is not of importance, it is the journey that matters. A typical session is 45 minutes once a week, however, this is flexible depending on your needs and agreed-upon treatment recommendations. The therapeutic process is collaborative and engaging. It can be goal oriented for a specific problem or a general wanting to be more fulfilled.
Therapy is available within New York, Connecticut, and Florida via Telehealth.
